The 3-days Spring WISE CIS convention is over. Traditionally it was a Dissemination convention. WISE consultants, Charter WISE members, BEC Presidents, HCA representatives came together from Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan.

There were also many business owners and executives who use LRH management tech in their companies.
The convention took place in a picturesque corner of Moscow area at the recreation base, Bekasovo.
There were seminars, briefings and round table discussions led and delivered by CO WISE CIS Vladimir Kuropiatnik, President WISE CIS Eugenia Sukhareva, Klaus Hilgers from the US and many other accomplished Russian consultants.
Pavel Misiulia (pictured to the left) shared his experiences with the application of LRH admin tech at his ISO certified factory with 1,500 staff. He said that when ISO auditors came to the factory and looked at it they had just signed all papers needed for certification - there was practically nothing to improve or adjust.
The first day of the convention was a PR day. President WISE CIS has opened the convention with the expansion briefing. She has also announced the winners in the nominations:
This game will end at the October annual WISE CIS convention. Now, 7 months after the game has been started, the results in the first two nominations are already 30% higher than the results for 12 months last year. For the third nomination the results are the same as we had last year for 12 months.
After the Presidents' briefing, Klaus Hilgers delivered a seminar How to Make a Business Take Off - Successful Actions of Consultants in the USA.
He spoke about working with media and putting up events. He named the most successful ways for consulting companies to get business. The first 5 methods have to do with PR and only the 6th method has to do with promotion. It is direct mail.
What is the number 1 way? It is public speaking engagements. This subject and also organizing of branches of Hollywood Speakers' Bureau of which Klaus is the President was discussed during the evening part of the convention.
A WISE consultant from Chelyabinsk Elena Cheredinova (in the picture to the left) has become an opinion leader for the regional Chamber of Commerce in her city and they started to inviter her and other WISE consultants as key speakers at their events and promote them and LRH admin tech in their magazine. Another WISE consultant Anatoliy Migov shared his experience in working with media. He got about 40 his articles promoting LRH admin tech published in national and regional media for the last year. Later he briefed the attendees about a new membership association for entrepreneurs who write for media about business.
The "Public Relations" HCA course pack has been released at the end of the first day. It was the last HCA course which wasn't translated into Russian before. Now Russian is the first language after English with all 22 HCA courses available in it.

After the intense seminar program and official activities, the attendees had an opportunity to move their bodies a bit and see who is better in sports.

The second day of the convention was a Model of Admin Know-how day.
The President of Professional Consultants Association CIS said what was successful and what were the tipical mistakes of his clients when they implemented LRH admin tech in their companies. Then 6 other WISE consultants shared their experience.
A 2006 Directory of WISE members in CIS, in Russian, has been presented. It was a project of Charter Committee Moscow. You can see the proud Chairman Irina Beliaeva (OTV) with the Directory in this picture.
There was a 5 o'clock tea for Charter members and for those who were interested in this activity. Each attendee stated his personal purpose why he is a Charter WISE member or why he is interested and came for this meeting. As a result a new Charter Committee - for Ural region - has been formed right there!
The last activity for that day was a round table "Motivation and team building. What are the benefits of trainig staff in In-House Academy". A WISE consultant from Moscow Vadim Malchikov presented the PowerPoint presentatin which he recently did at the event in the Chamber of Commerce of Russian Federation with 80 attendees including 30 media representatives. In this presentation he described the LRH motivation scale.
The Consultant Hat Pack has been presented to the attendees. Those packs and polo shirts with WISE logo and the word CONSULTANT in gold have been given to all licensed consultants.
At the beginning of the last day of the convention the participants have split into two groups: the consultants who have academies or want to open them and the rest.
The first group attended the seminar How to fill your courseroom delivered by Alexander Orlov, the owner of Orlov-Management company from Krasnodar, Andrey Rublevskiy, and Alexander Vysotskiy - the founders of Productivity School from Kiev.
They described how they use the Awareness Scale at seminars to sell courses. Alexander Vysotskiy has shown how he uses PowerPoint to tell an audience what Scientology is, and what is so different about courses based on LRH study tech.
