As a speaker, Klaus was probably best known for his wit, his ability to simplify, and his skill in getting his audience involved with and participating in his seminars. Among the wide range of topics on which he was most requested to speak were the following:
Klaus was Founder and President of Epoch Consultants, Inc., and an internationally known consultant, speaker, author and trainer. He was President of the Professional Consultants Association, as well as Founder and President of the Hollywood Speaker's Bureau. He published numerous books and articles on management, sales and related topics.
Klaus was published in many magazines for various industries. In 2000 he was featured in five cable television shows covering numerous management topics.
